TO PUT PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO

Founded in 1982, The Saxton Group started by putting its people at its center and was able to grow two pizza shops into a chain of 50. In 2004, the Mazzio’s Pizza stores were sold, allowing The Saxton Group to fully focus on one objective: bringing the beloved McAlister’s Deli brand to Texas. The Saxton Group now operates 70+ McAlister’s Deli locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas and has been named the McAlister’s Deli Franchisee of the Year 7 times–more than any other company in the history of the brand. They’re hungry, and they aren’t just talking about sandwhiches.

The Saxton Group continues to put its people at the center of its business plan and, when the time came to create a new employment portal and update the brand to reflect those people, The Saxton Group came to us. We were able to create new branding, a new logo, a fresh new website, and multiple marketing pieces across several channels to support their new look. With authentic imagery and confident messaging, the new brand captures their friendly culture and hunger to be the best.

CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY

With a brand that built around the best people and the best ingredients, there’s no question where the bar is set. In order to declare their culture and energy in this newfound light, we spent an entire day on-location capturing the people who are at the heart of The Saxton Group. The end result is an extensive gallery of photos that consistently reflect the authentic and driven personality of The Saxton Group and strengthen their market position.

VIDEO PRODUCTION & MOTION GRAPHICS

To launch The Saxton Group’s new presence, we created two videos: a live-action company overview video to tell their story, and a motion graphic to illustrate their continued growth and impact.
